Fire Risk Assessments

The law has recently changed (The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety).

Fire certificates no longer issued –

existing fire certificates invalid

– all replaced by Fire Risk Assessment.

Employers are now solely responsible for workplace fire safety and all owners and occupiers of premises must carry out a fire risk assessment.

This ensures the safety and protection of your staff, visitors and your property.

Would everyone get out if you had a major fire?

The majority of businesses that have a major fire either never recover or take years to return to their business level that they had achieved before the fire.

Our trained consultants will help you identify the fire hazards in and around your workplace and put in place reasonably practicable safety measures in accordance with the law.
